Lilly Technologies, Inc., formerly Coonewah Consulting, began in 1999 as an archaeological contracting firm to service clients with cultural resources consultation, including research, survey, assessment, testing, and remediation of resources. In 2002, Lilly Technologies began consultation with a research branch of the US Army Corps of Engineers to design and develop a mobile GIS and canned reporting solution to cultural resources management. The mobile GIS development for cutting-edge handheld technologies is designed to reduce data collection expenses, field-to-office time, transcription errors, and streamlining of the reporting process.
